§ 91.042  STATE LAW.
   Any burning which violates the provisions of the state’s Air Pollution Control Act, Public Act 451 of 1994, being M.C.L.A. §§ 324.3101 through 324.21563, and the rules promulgated thereunder, is prohibited.
