§ 91.007  DISABLED MOTOR VEHICLES, EQUIPMENT, AND WASTE MATERIALS; NUISANCE.
   The presence of a disabled motor vehicle, equipment, or waste material on any parcel of land within the city in violation of the terms of this subchapter is a public nuisance.
