§ 91.004  DISABLED MOTOR VEHICLES, EQUIPMENT, AND WASTE MATERIALS; REGULATED.
   No person shall permit any disabled motor vehicle, equipment, or waste materials to be parked, stored, placed, or allowed to remain within the city in violation of the provisions of the ordinances of the city. A DISABLED MOTOR VEHICLE means any vehicle which is incapable of being self propelled upon the public streets, or which does not meet the requirements for operation upon the public streets, including a current license.
