Any request to materially change (a change other than a minor change as set forth in § 153.239) the conditional use permit once it has been issued by the City Council shall first be reviewed by the Planning Board in accordance with § 153.236 of this chapter. The City Council may thereafter change or amend any previously approved conditional use permit, only after having held a public hearing. Notice of the public hearing shall be in accordance with § 153.237 of this chapter. Amendment by the City Council of a previously issued conditional use permit shall be subject to the same considerations as provided for in § 153.237 of this chapter.
