Carelessness With Fire
(Within 100 Feet of A Structure)
No person shall, wilfully/deliberately, or through carelessness or negligence, set fire to or cause the burning of any material, in a manner as to endanger the safety of any person or property.
Elements: A person is guilty of this offense if:
(1) He or she wilfully, deliberately, or through carelessness or negligence;
(2) Sets on fire, or causes to be set on fire or cause the burning of

(examples are: any structure, woods, brush, grass, land or fields, any vehicle, any furniture, clothes, toys or goods, wares or personal property of any kind.)
(4) In a manner as to endanger the safety of any person or property.
