§ 151.148 INSPECTIONS TO BE DONE ONCE EVERY THREE YEARS.

   The following are done a minimum of every three years: business; mercantile; storage; and churches and synagogues.

   (A)   Assembly occupancy (every three years). Church and synagogues.

   (B)   Business occupancy (every three years).

      (1)   Automobile dealerships (no service work);

      (2)   Automobile dealerships (with service work);

      (3)   Automotive self-service stations (no service work);

      (4)   Automotive full-service stations;

      (5)   Automotive repair garages;

      (6)   Car washes;

      (7)   Dry cleaning (not classified as hazardous);

      (8)   Florists and nurseries;

      (9)   Greenhouses;

      (10)   Laboratories (not classified as hazardous);

      (11)   Laundries (full and self-service);

      (12)   Machine shops;

      (13)   Print shops;

      (14)   Telephone exchanges;

      (15)   Offices; and

      (16)   Radio and TV stations.

   (C)   Mercantile occupancy (every three years). Fireworks provision to be added if the facility sells or stores for sale.

      (1)   Convenience stores (dispenses flammable/combustible liquids);

      (2)   Department stores;

      (3)   Drug stores;

      (4)   Markets;

      (5)   Retail stores;

      (6)   Shopping centers;

      (7)   Sales rooms;

      (8)   Covered malls;

      (9)   Supermarkets/grocery stores; and

      (10)   Wholesale stores (other than warehouse).

   (D)   Storage occupancy (every three years).

      (1)   Aircraft hangers;

      (2)   Helistops;

      (3)   Private garages;

      (4)   Storage warehouse; and

      (5)   Wholesale warehouse.
