The following is a list of jobs/tasks that will need operational permits:
(A) Amusement buildings;
(B) Aviation facilities;
(C) Carnivals and fairs;
(D) Covered mall buildings;
(E) Exhibits and trade shows;
(F) Explosives (blasting, storage, manufacturing and the like);
(G) Fireworks;
(H) Flammable and combustible liquids;
(I) Fumigation and thermal insecticidal fogging;
(J) Hazardous materials;
(K) HPM facilities;
(L) High-piled or high rack storage;
(M) Liquid or gas fueled vehicles or equipment in assembly buildings;
(N) Open burning;
(O) Open flames and candles (churches are exempt);
(P) Organic coatings;
(Q) Places of assembly (churches are exempt);
(R) Private hydrants;
(S) Pyrotechnic special effects material;
(T) Pyroxylin plastic;
(U) Spraying or dipping;
(V) Storage of scrap tires and tire by products;
(W) Temporary membrane structures, tents and canopies (exceeding 200/400 square feet);
(X) Tire rebuilding plants; and
(Y) Waste handling (wrecking yards, junk yards, waste material handling facilities).
