§ 32.02 MEMBERSHIP AND VACANCIES; ATTENDANCE.
   (A)   The Planning Board shall consist of seven members. Six shall be residents of the city who shall be appointed by the City Council and one that resides in the ETJ who shall be appointed by the County Commissioners. The members of the Planning Board shall serve for three-year terms, initially to be staggered as follows and to be appointed effective January 1, 1987; one member for a term of one year, term expiring January 1, 1988; two members for a term of two years, term expiring January 1, 1989; two members for a term of three years, term expiring January 1, 1990. Vacancies occurring for reasons other than expiration of term shall be filled as they occur for the unexpired remainder of the term.
   (B)   Faithful attendance at meetings of the Board is to be considered a prerequisite to continued membership. The City Council may remove and replace any member continually delinquent in his or her duty to attend.
