§ 31.01 TIME, DAY AND PLACE OF REGULAR MEETINGS.

   There shall be a regular meeting of the City Council held the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Lincolnton City Hall, 114 West Sycamore Street, unless otherwise posted.
