§ 30.02 DISQUALIFICATION OF COUNCIL MEMBERS AND MAYOR FOR NONRESIDENCE.
   If any member of the City Council or the Mayor shall move the person’s residence from the city, the office shall at once be declared vacant, and shall be filled as provided by G.S. § 160A-63.
