§ 117.99 PENALTY.

   For violation of § 117.02:

   (A)   Merchant:

      (1)   First time: warning;

      (2)   Second time: $250; and

      (3)   Third time: $500, and no future permits will be issued.

   (B)   Food truck:

      (1)   First time: warning;

      (2)   Second time: $250; and

      (3)   Third time: $500, and no future permits will be issued.
