(A) It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle attended or unattended, on either side of Pine Street between Flint Street and Grove Street during the Apple Festival, Hog Happenin, or any other special event deemed necessary by the city.
(B) It shall be unlawful to a park a vehicle attended or unattended, on either side of the 100 and 200 blocks of East Main Street during the Fourth of July parade, Christmas parade or any other parade deemed necessary by the city.
(C) Vehicles parked in these areas in violation of this section, as described in division (A) or (B) above, will be towed at the owner’s expense.
