No film activity which involves the use of explosives, pyrotechnics, fire, smoke-making machines or other special effects of a similar nature may be undertaken unless specifically approved by permit from the City Fire Department. The City Fire Department reserves the right to require the presence of off-duty fire personnel during any film activity which involves the use of hazardous materials.
