§ 115.03 ELECTRONIC RECORD-KEEPING AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS FOR PAWNBROKERS.
   Pawnbrokers shall keep the records required by G.S. § 66-391 in an electronic format and shall report such records electronically in a manner authorized by the Lincolnton Police Department.
