§ 35.01   BOARD OF CONTROL.
   (A)   The Village Manager, Finance Director and the Chairman of the Law Committee shall constitute the Board of Control.
   (B)   The Mayor shall be ex officio president and the Board shall keep a record of its proceedings. All votes shall be by yeas and nays and entered on the record, and a majority vote of all the members of the Board shall be necessary to adopt any question, motion or order.

   (C)   No contract in the excess of $5,000 shall be awarded except upon the approval of the Board of Control.
