§ 34.09   FIREFIGHTERS.
   The Assistant Chief and firefighters shall not be less than 18 nor more than 55 years of age and must be able bodied. They shall pass a satisfactory mental and physical examination and shall become members of the Fire Department only after a six-month probationary period.
