The Village Manager shall prescribe the duties of the several officers and members of the Fire Department, and prepare rules and regulations for the same all in accordance with the state laws. A copy of the rules and regulations shall be filed with the Clerk of Council, the Mayor, and the Finance Director. Copies shall be made available for all employees of the Fire Department.
