§ 131.26   DAMAGING VILLAGE PROPERTY.
   (A)   No person shall cause, or create substantial risk of physical harm to any property of the village:
      (1)   Knowingly, or by any means;
      (2)   Recklessly by means of flood, poison gas, poison, radioactive material, caustic or corrosive material, or other inherently dangerous agency or substance.
   (B)   No person shall throw, deposit, or place or cause to be thrown, deposited, or placed any object or substance into or on any property of the village in any manner than that for which the use of the property was intended.
   (C)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of damaging village property, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
