§ 131.25   MOTOR VEHICLE WITH CONCEALED IDENTITY.
   (A)   No person shall knowingly buy, sell, receive, dispose of, conceal, or have in his or her possession any motor vehicle as defined in Ohio R.C. § 4501.01, from which the manufacturer's serial number or any distinguishing number or identification mark has been removed, defaced, covered, or destroyed for the purposes of concealing or destroying the identity of the motor vehicle.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of buying, receiving, disposing, concealing, or having a motor vehicle with concealed identity, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
