§ 131.24 INJURY TO PROPERTY BY HUNTERS.

(A) No person in the act of hunting, pursuing, taking, or killing a wild animal shall act in a negligent, careless, or reckless manner so as to injure property.

(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
