The Hamilton County Municipal Court Clerk shall notify the chief executive officer (i.e., the Village Mayor), in writing, on forms to be furnished by the chief executive officer, of convictions by the court in cases where it is provided by this code, or by ordinances supplementary or amendatory thereof, that on such conviction, a license, permit, or privilege shall or may be revoked or suspended.
