§ 33.36   REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Private police officers shall not be less than 21 years of age.
   (B)   Private police officers must be citizens of the United States.
   (C)   Private police officers in the judgment of the Village Manager must be persons of good moral character and pass a physical examination conducted by a physician selected by the Village Manager.
   (D)   No person who has been dismissed from the regular police force shall be commissioned as a private police officer after such dismissal.
