§ 33.35   COMMISSION; FEE; BOND.
   (A)   The Chief of Police with the approval of the Village Manager may commission private police officers to perform special police duties for the benefit and at the expense of private persons or corporations.
   (B)   Such private police officers must give bond in the amount of $ 1,000 and pay a fee of $20 for the commission. Such commission shall run for a period of one year unless sooner terminated as hereinafter mentioned. Such commissions must be renewed each year. A fee of $10 will be charged for renewal thereof.
