§ 118.99   PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter on a second offense is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree; and on each subsequent offense such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
