§ 33.19   OFF-DUTY RULES.
   (A)   An auxiliary police officer shall not use his or her badge, wear the uniform, wear a gun, or engage in auxiliary work when not on regular, special or emergency duty.
   (B)   When reporting for any type of duty, the member shall drive any personal or privately-owned vehicle in a normal and lawful manner, and not as an emergency vehicle.
   (C)   When reporting for any type of duty, the member shall report to the regular officer and sign the time card, and his or her presence for duty shall be noted.
