§ 33.17   UNIFORMS AND EQUIPMENT.
   (A)   Any uniforms and equipment purchased from the funds of the Auxiliary Police shall automatically become the property of the Police Department.
   (B)   Uniforms and equipment will be prescribed, replaced, furnished by and remain the property of the Police Department.
   (C)   The dispatcher will be informed when an auxiliary police officer is driving a patrol unit.
   (D)   A member on scheduled duty will wear in a neat and orderly fashion the prescribed uniform of the day, including a hat, badge and any other equipment required by the police division.
   (E)   An auxiliary police officer assigned on sports, parade detail or other special duty will be under orders of the Chief of Police or the regular officer on duty.
