(A) Determination. All fares or charges for the use of a taxicab shall be determined by:
(1) The hourly rate;
(2) The special trip rate; or
(3) The multiple rate and by no other method.
(B) Rate of fare set. Such rate of fare shall be as set by Council.
(C) Revocation for misrepresentation. Whenever it shall appear on investigation and hearing by the Clerk, that a license issued hereunder has been obtained by misrepresentation, the village shall notify the Finance Director of such fact and the Finance Director shall thereupon revoke the license.
