(A) Applications for license for public vehicles shall be made to the Village Clerk on blanks provided by the Clerk, and shall set forth the name under which he or she does business, the class of each vehicle to be licensed, the seating capacity, the color scheme and lettering, and marks to be used on vehicles and any other information desired by the Clerk.
(B) If the application is granted the applicant shall furnish the Clerk prior to the issuance of the license with information as to the state license numbers, the length of time the vehicle has been in use, the motor power thereof, and the name and address of the person, firm, or corporation from which the vehicle was purchased, and any other information required by the Clerk pertinent to the issuance of the license.
