For the purpose of this chapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ROOMING HOUSE. A motel, hotel, lodging house, or other building containing two or more furnished rooms for sleeping or lodging purposes and offered to the public for rental or hire.
