§ 114.03 NOTICE OF VIOLATION.

(A) Continued violation of the contents of this chapter after notice of prosecution shall be an additional violation and offense for each day of such continuance.

(B) No prosecution shall be commenced hereunder until at least one day's notice has been given to the owner of the business.
