(A) No person, firm, or corporation shall operate a junkyard, wood yard, or salvage waste or used material business without first obtaining approval from the Plan Commission.
(B) All such businesses shall have a fence around the premises of lumber or corrugated steel, asbestos, or cement masonry so as to obstruct the view of the public.
