(A) No person owning, operating, or having custody of any establishment containing pool or billiard tables for public use shall permit any person to play or use any pool or billiard table between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of operating a pool or billiard table after hours, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
