All members of the Police Department and employees shall receive the following fringe benefits:
(A) All full-time police officers who are regular employees shall be members of the Ohio Police and Fire Pension Fund.
(B) A full-time police officer who is a regular employee shall receive hospitalization, medical and dental insurance coverage, disability and death benefits, as well as any other applicable benefits approved by Council.
