§ 112.37   INTERCONNECTION.
   (A)   The grantee shall interconnect all of its adjoining cable systems and shall use its best efforts to interconnect its cable systems with any or all other cable systems located in the Greater Cincinnati Area on the directive of the village. Interconnection of systems may be done by direct cable connection, microwave line, or other appropriate methods. Interconnection may be required for one or several channels of the cable system.
   (B)   On receiving the directive of the village to interconnect, the grantee shall immediately initiate negotiations with the other affected system in order that cost may be shared equally by the systems for both the construction and operation of the interconnection link.
   (C)   The grantee shall cooperate with any interconnection corporation, regional interconnection authority, or state or federal regulatory agency which may be hereafter established for the purpose of regulating, facilitating, financing, or otherwise providing for the interconnection of cable systems beyond the boundaries of the village.
