§ 112.30   FAILURE OF VILLAGE TO ENFORCE FRANCHISE.
   The grantee shall not be excused from complying with any of the terms or conditions of this franchise by any failure of the village on any one or more occasions to insist on or to seek compliance with any such terms or conditions.
