(A) Within six months from the effective date of this chapter, the grantee shall submit to the Village Manager a plan for the entire village indicating the date on which the grantee expects the installation of the CTS will be completed and available for service to subscribers in the various areas of the village.
(B) The grantee shall furnish the Village Manager with progress reports indicating in detail, the area of construction of the CTS. Such periodic reports shall be furnished at six-month intervals, the first report to be made nine months from the effective date of this chapter.
