(A) The grantee shall install one QUBE interactive service drop and one educational closed circuit without initial or monthly charge to the following institutions located within the village.
(1) Village hall.
(2) Facilities building.
(3) Local school.
(4) Recreation facility.
(5) Fire house.
(6) Police Department.
(B) All above education loop shall be interconnected to the Princeton Village School District Educational Loop.
(C) The grantee shall install one QUBE interactive service drop and one closed circuit governmental drop without initial or monthly charge, to the following locations within the village.
(1) Village hall.
(2) Facilities building.
(3) Local school.
(4) Recreation facility.
(5) Fire house.
(6) Police Department.
