(A) The grantee shall file with the Village Manager, true and accurate maps or plats of all existing and proposed installations on the streets. These maps and plats shall conform to the requirements of the Village Manager and shall be kept continuously up to date.
(B) The grantee shall file annually with the Finance Director within 90 days after the end of the grantee's fiscal year, a copy of its annual report to its stockholders. This report shall be submitted with such other reasonable information as the Village Manager shall request with respect to the grantee's properties, income, and expenses related to its CATV operations within the village.
(C) The grantee shall continually keep on file with the Village Clerk a current list of its shareholders holding over 5% of the outstanding stock, and officers with their current addresses.
(D) All books and records of the grantee concerning its operations within the village shall be made available for inspection and audit by the Safety-Service Director within 30 days after any request for such inspection or audit shall be made.
