The nonexclusive franchise (i.e., Exhibit A) granted herein is pursuant to and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this chapter and, by reference, the grantee's franchise proposal and amendments marked Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference. It is agreed and understood that any breach of the provisions set forth in Exhibit A shall constitute a breach of contract and a violation of this chapter.
