§ 111.09   POSTING BILLS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   (A)   No person shall post up or affix, or cause to be posted up or affixed, in any manner, any bill, placard, or notice, either written or printed, on any fence, tree-box, wall, or on any part of any building, without the previous consent of the occupant thereof, or if there be no occupant, without previous consent of the owner or owners thereof, or on any part of any building or property belonging to the village.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of posting bills on private property, a minor misdemeanor.
