§ 111.07   MISLEADING ADVERTISING IN THE SALE OF EYEGLASSES.
   (A)   No person engaged in or connected with the sale of eyeglasses, lenses, eyeglass frames, or mountings, shall do either of the following:
      (1)   Include in any advertisement by newspaper, radio, display, or otherwise, any statement which in any manner misrepresents any such frames, mountings, or other material, or prices for same, or service or credit terms; or
      (2)   Include in any advertisement, by newspaper, radio, display, or otherwise, any statement advertising the price of lenses or of complete eyeglasses including lenses, either with or without professional services, or credit terms, installment payments, or price plans, or the price of any frames or mountings, unless in conjunction therewith the words “without lenses” appear or are read as such.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of misleading advertising, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
