§ 110.99   PENALTY.
   (A)   Generally. Whoever shall violate or fail to comply with the provisions of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be fined not more than $100. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.

   (B)   Fortune teller. Whoever violates any provision of § 110.01 shall be fined not more than $100, or imprisoned for not less than 30 days nor more than three months, or both.

   (C)   False representation. Any persons, business, commercial, industrial, real estate firms, consultants and other promotional entities who violate the provisions of § 110.07 shall be guilty of misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than six months or both.
