§ 110.22 ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.

On receipt of such application for a license, accompanied by the proper fee, the Village Manager, shall forthwith deposit the fee in the treasury and issue to the applicant a proper license certificate. The aforesaid deposit is not refundable for any reason.
