§ 32.03   DESIGNATION OF ASSISTANT TO ACT AS PROSECUTING ATTORNEY IN MAYOR'S COURT.
   The Director of Legal Services, with the approval of the Village Manager, may designate an assistant to act as Prosecuting Attorney in Mayor's Court.
