§ 31.01 ANNUAL REPORT OF VILLAGE MANAGER ON STATE OF VILLAGE AFFAIRS.

The Village Manager shall prepare and present to the Council an annual report concerning the state of village affairs and such other reports as Council may require or the Village Manager deems advisable.
