(A) No storage of any kind is permitted on the front porch or in the front yard of a residence in a residential district except where a building is under construction with a valid building permit.
(B) No storage of any kind is permitted on any porch or yard (front, back and/or sides) where it limits the access of windows and doors and creates a fire and safety hazard to its residents and the public.
