(B) The police shall be authorized to arrest the owner and/or persons engaged in business at the establishment determined to be a nuisance.
(C) Any and all persons thus violating this section and/or other provisions of the Zoning Code, where found applicable, shall be fined no more than $100 and each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(D) The police shall be further authorized and directed to padlock and secure any establishment determined to be a nuisance. This applies to buildings, lots and other places where illegal business may be performed.
