§ 76.20   PARKING ON NARROW STREETS.
   No person shall park a vehicle on a roadway less than 18 feet wide. Where a roadway is 18 feet or more, but less than 24 feet wide, no person shall park on the south side where the general direction is east and west, unless parking is prohibited by sign on the north side, or on the west side when the general direction is north and south, unless parking is prohibited by sign on the east side. On all roadways, it shall be unlawful to park a vehicle in such a manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than 12 feet of the width of the roadway for free movement of vehicular traffic, except when necessary in obedience to traffic regulations, traffic signs or signals, or a police officer.
