§ 76.11   TRUCK LOADING ZONES.
   (A)   When signs are erected designating an area for truck loading, no vehicle other than a truck shall stop, stand, or park in such zone, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with directions of a police officer or traffic-control device. For the purpose of this section, a truck shall be considered to be any vehicle so licensed as a commercial car as provided under Ohio R.C. § 4503.04(d).
   (B)   No truck shall stop, stand, or park in such zone except while actually engaged in loading or unloading merchandise, or shall occupy such zone for this purpose for a period in excess of 60 minutes.
   (C)   Stopping, standing, or parking of a truck in an area designated for truck loading or where no parking signs are posted, for a period in excess of 15 minutes, without visible activity showing the vehicle to be actively engaged in loading or unloading merchandise, shall be prima facie unlawful.
