§ 75.07 ROLLER SKATES, COASTER AND OTHER TOY VEHICLES.

No person on roller skates, or riding in or by means of any coaster, toy vehicles, or similar device, shall go on any roadway other than the roadway of a play street, except while crossing a highway on a crosswalk.
